The area:
Perfectly located just 10 minites from 3 popular beaches: Escape to the brisk waters of the Atlantic ocean in either Noordhoek or Kommetjie with many gems along the way from the Farm Village in Noordhoek to the Imhoff Farm Village near Kommetjie.
Alternatively, head to the warmer waters of the Indian ocean with just a quick drive over the hill to Glen Cairn. Have a snack at Blended while youre in the area.
The space:
The upper master boasts an extra-length king bed with an awe-inspiring view right from your bed, extending to a private deck overlooking the pool and garden. There is no en-suite for this bedroom.
It can get a little hot in the upper master but we do provide a fan.
On the lower level, a second master bedroom with a queen bed offers an en-suite, sliding door access to the pool deck.
The third and fourth bedrooms, each with single beds, share a bathroom and provide serene views of the inviting pool and ocean in the distance.
The well-appointed kitchen, adorned with a stylish granite island, features granite countertops throughout, seamlessly merging style and functionality. The kitchen side door leads to a washing line area and a double garage.
The dining room with a large dining table complemented by an indoor fireplace, opens to a panoramic view of Capri and the pool. Follow the flow to the TV room with a cozy couch, where sliding doors lead to the pool, sun loungers and the braai area.
Outside, a vast garden hosts an outdoor dining area and braai place.
Two sun loungers grace the poolside patio, surrounded by palm trees, defining this space as the quintessential Villa vacation home.

Whale season is always exciting starting in June - November with September being the peak season. The bay is usually very active with sea life.

A stop in at Simons Town, Boulder's Beach to visit the Penguins and pick up a souvenir. Who doesn't like to see a little bird wearing a tuxedo? They are such entertaining little creatures!

A trip to Cape Point for an unforgettable experience at the tip of Africa.

The Ostrich farm on the way to Cape Point and a stop-in at the Scone Shack is a must-visit for our recommendations. This enticing little excursion is on the same stretch of road as the Ostrich farm.
