Between mountain and sea is Millwood. Wake with the sunrise over the expanse of False Bay, grab a beach towel, and head to Dalebrook tidal pool. The heart beat of Kalk Bay. Treat yourself to freshly baked croissants and a coffee at Dalebrook cafe, all within 50 feet of your doorstep. You may find you won't use your car at all while staying here. The apartment is in an excellent location to explore everything the exciting village of Kalk Bay has to offer.

The apartment itself is a generous space, the lounge, kitchen, and dining area are open plan.  

The master: This bedroom offers a Queen size bed with shutters and an en suite bathroom, hanging cupboard space, and drawers.

The en suite is a shower-only bathroom with a toilet and basin.

 

Single room: The second bedroom offers  2 single beds. The second bathroom is a shower-only bathroom with a toilet and a wash basin.

 

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics and necessities to make cooking a meal simple and hassle-free.

Outdoor dining area:
 

The patio is a shared space. There is a small table and chairs for your use and a BBQ.

 

Parking: We offer parking for 1 car. The parking is first come first serve. If no parking is available, please make use of the on-street parking across the road.

 

Tip: Besides having a cafe for coffee, breakfast, and lunch. You can also buy some basic groceries at Dalebrook cafe.

WHAT TO DO IN THE AREA

Whale season is always exciting starting in June - November with September being the peak season. The bay is usually very active with sea life.

​

A stop in at Simons Town, Boulder's Beach to visit the Penguins and pick up a souvenir. Who doesn't like to see a little bird wearing a tuxedo? They are such entertaining little creatures!

​

A trip to Cape Point for an unforgettable experience at the tip of Africa.

​

The Ostrich farm on the way to Cape Point and a stop-in at the Scone Shack is a must-visit for our recommendations. This enticing little excursion is on the same stretch of road as the Ostrich farm.

​

Imhoff Farmstead offers animal encounters, horseback beach rides, shops, and restaurants.

​

Noordhoek Farm Village for great restaurants, gift shops, and on occasion- live music

​

Local markets in the area: Earthfair Market, Heritage market, Blue Bird Garage (Thursday and Friday only), Cape Point Vineyards (Thursday only)

Kalk Bay Theatre for dinner and a show that will blow you away.

​

Spend the day exploring Kalk Bay, the exciting little alleyways, storing all sorts of antique shops and trinket stores. Many delicious and enticing restaurants to pick from and so much more to expereince.
